Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the club ph platform — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users located in the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where access to the platform is permitted. club ph reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on club ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify club ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. club ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on club ph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the local payment channels listed on the Deposit page. You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. club ph does not accept cash deposits or payments made through unverified or anonymous payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected, and these limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. club ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. All deposits are final once confirmed, and club ph reserves the right to reverse or withhold deposits that are suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. club ph may require you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. club ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed on the relevant platform pages. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors in connection with withdrawals are the responsibility of the account holder.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on club ph and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform; and creating accounts using false or misleading personal information. club ph actively monitors for suspicious activity and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities in the investigation of illegal conduct. Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be voided and forfeited without compensation.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your club ph account at any time by contacting the support team through the details provided on the platform. club ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these terms, suspected fraud, inactivity, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance that is not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method where possible. club ph is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure in cases involving suspected illegal activity or serious breach of these terms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the club ph platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation. club ph's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
